Providing calm and relaxation in a traditional Anjou property, our country holiday house “ Les Saules ” is a renovated former farmhouse, adjoining our own home. The house , which sleeps 6, stands off a tiny village in a quiet countryside with views of vineyards and fields. Situated 18 miles west of Saumur and 25 miles south of Angers, it is a fine base for visiting the western Loire valley. There is a very good baker at Tigné ( 1 mile) and more extensive shops and supermarkets are to be found in Martigné-Briand ( 3 miles ) and Vihiers ( 6 miles).
Entered from the garden and terrace, there is a charming and light living-room with well equipped corner kitchen ( cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV/VCR).
